I’m planning to sign up for a Pro plan for 1 site. If it goes well I’m considering activating Wordfence for all 15+ my sites. Two questions:

1. If I go from Pro to Pro 10, do I need to pay the full $89.95 or only the difference ($72)

2. How do I get in touch with you Mark if I need 15+ API keys? Otherwise, you can email me directly.

Thanks

Hi David,

You should only be billed the difference. Go ahead and do the transaction and if you’re re-billed during the upgrade for some reason we’ll obviously refund you the difference, but as far as I’m aware our upgrade system works in the (rational) way you’ve described.

We have a program for bulk customers where we set you up with unlimited keys and bill you as you add new keys. Let me know if you want more than 10 keys and we’ll get you set up.

Regards,

Mark.
