Description

The "JS Help Desk – Best Help Desk & Support Plugin" plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in versions up to, and including, 2.7.7 via the 'email' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This can allow authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to delete help desk tickets.
