CVE CVE-2022-25811
CVSS 4.9 (Medium)
Publicly Published July 22, 2022
Last Updated July 21, 2025
Researcher Julien Ahrens - RCE Security

Description

The Transposh WordPress Translation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'order' and 'orderby' parameters in versions up to, and including, 1.0.9.1 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with administrative level permissions to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.
